As a Police Sergeant in the Traffic Unit, she oversees six specialty teams and leads investigations into serious injury and fatal crashes. Mary has completed over 500 crash investigations and reconstructions, bringing both field experience and technical expertise to her role at BOLO Consulting. She holds extensive certifications in accident investigation and reconstruction, with specialized training across vehicle dynamics, scene documentation, and crash analysis. With more than 150 courtroom appearances and 25+ depositions/testimonies in the past four years, Mary is skilled at presenting complex crash findings in clear, defensible terms.

Michael Pettee is an ACTAR-Certified Accident Reconstructionist with over 12 years in law enforcement and a decade specializing in traffic homicide investigations. Currently serving with the Key West Police Department, Michael has investigated more than 2,000 traffic crashes, including 130 serious injury cases and 20 fatalities. He is highly skilled in advanced reconstruction techniques, having completed over 40 FARO 3D laser-scanned crash scenes and holding specialized certifications in motorcycle, commercial vehicle, and pedestrian/bicycle crash investigations. Michael is also a certified Event Data Recorder (EDR) technician and analyst, experienced in extracting and interpreting black box crash data for litigation purposes. As an instructor at the College of the Florida Keys and the Institute for Public Safety, he brings both field expertise and teaching experience to every case.
